Terms and Conditions
1. Unicomm Wireless, Inc., dba California Voice Mail, agrees to provide and the subscriber agrees to accept the above services as billed.
2. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Subscriber hereby authorizes Unicomm Wireless, Inc. to automatically charge the credit card entered above for any subsequent service renewals. Service may be terminated upon a FORTY FIVE DAY (45) WRITTEN OR E-MAIL NOTICE PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING PERIOD. Prices are subject to change at the end of any contract period. In the event of a price change, subscriber shall have the right to terminate service at any time.
3. Accounts not paid in full by the due date are subject to a late charge and interruption of service.
4. While we do offer unlimited messages, we do not offer unlimited "connect time", which measures the total time you and your callers are connected, nor do we offer unlimited "disc usage", which is a mathematical formula comprised of the total time you and your callers are connected to the computer as well as the length and time that messages are allowed to remain in storage.
5. Taxes include one or more of the following: Utility Users Tax, 911 Tax, P.U.C. Tax/Fees, Universal Service Fund Charge, Telecommunications Relay Service Surcharge, Excise Tax, Federal Excise Tax, FCC Charges for Network Access for Interstate Calling, and any new ones as they may come along.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Unicomm Wireless, Inc., dba California Voice Mail, shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the delivery, installation, operation, interruption or use of its services.  Unicomm Wireless, Inc., dba California Voice Mail's only liability shall be the proration of the monthly service charge for the period during which subscriber has experienced service interruptions and/or problems.
7. This agreement is entered into and made to be performed in Los Angeles County, State of California, and in the event that litigation is instituted in connection with this agreement, it shall be instituted in the Pasadena (Northeast) judicial district of Los Angeles County.
